RIVERINA CHICK STARTER CRUMBLES (Medicated) is a complete feed for layer chicks from hatch until approximately 6 weeks of age.
It can be used as the first stage in a three-stage feeding program for laying hens.

Ingredients selected from: Cereal grains, Bran & Pollard, Legumes, Plant protein meals, Animal protein meals, Calcium and Phosphorous sources, Sodium sources, Vegetable Oil, Molasses, Amino Acids, Choline Chloride, Enzymes, Mycotoxin Binders, Mould Inhibitor, Betaine, Salinomycin Sodium, Riverina Vitamin and Mineral Premix. Vitamins A, D3, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Biotin, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Iodine, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium and Zinc.
Base raw materials may gradually change seasonally.
Directions for use
- Feed to layer chicks from hatch until approximately 6 weeks of age.
- This is a complete feed and no supplementary feeding is necessary.
- Chicks should have unlimited access to the feed (ad lib) without restriction.
- For the first three days of feeding, it is best to spread some feed on large shallow trays or newspaper to encourage the chicks to eat.
- Change the feed regularly so it remains fresh and palatable. After this period, a self-feeder can be used.
- Clean, cool, fresh water should always be available.

Medication
This feed contains Salinomycin Sodium at a rate of 60 mg/kg as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by certain Eimeria species

- MEAT: Zero (0) days
- EGGS: Do not use in birds laying eggs for human consumption or within 7 days of laying when eggs or egg products are to be used for human consumption or processing. If laying takes place within 7 days, those eggs or egg products must not be used or processed for human consumption.
