RIVERINA TRUEBLEND is a palatable molasses based pasture supplement for cattle and sheep grazing dry, mature pastures. This free flowing liquid feed contains a range of essential nutrients (protein, vitamins, minerals and trace minerals) that are lacking in dry pastures.

RIVERINA TRUEBLEND is free flowing and less viscous than molasses.
The sugars contained in molasses help improve the utilisation of urea in RIVERINA TRUEBLEND which leads to more protein being produced.
The improved intake of nutrients will stimulate the microbes in the rumen, leading to increased utilization of the pasture.
VERSATILE – Can be fed to both sheep and cattle, even in the same paddock.
Manufactured to strict quality control standards for incoming raw materials and the finished product.
Formulated in accordance with current research into ruminant nutrition and mixed using a variety of quality raw materials.

Typical Composition

Molasses, phosphorus, salt, urea, ammonium sulphate, other non protein nitrogen sources, vitamins, Bovatec®, Riverina ruminant mineral premix.

Medication

This feed contains Bovatec® which supplies lasalocid sodium at 250mg/kg on an ‘as fed’ basis to improve weight gain and feed efficiency in cattle and sheep.

Witholding Period

Cattle: Meat – Nil. Milk – Nil.

Sheep: Meat – Nil. Milk – See WARNING.

Directions for use

RIVERINA TRUEBLEND is designed to be fed ad lib.
Place troughs at least 200m from watering points. Troughs can be moved to encourage stock to graze the entire paddock.
Intakes should be closely monitored and if they exceed 1.5kg/head/day for adult cattle or 0.9kg/head/day for weaner cattle or 0.35kg/head/day for sheep, discontinue feeding the product.
A reliable supply of clean water should be available at all times.
Animals should be vaccinated with 5 in 1 injection before commencing to feed this product.
If calves or lambs are being fed RIVERINA TRUEBLEND additional sources of protein may be required.
Following rain any liquid should be removed from the top of the fed RIVERINA TRUEBLEND and discarded. The RIVERINA TRUEBLEND should then be given a quick stir.

Warnings

THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE FEED. It has been designed to be fed as a supplement to hay and / or pasture. Animals should consume at least 2.5% bodyweight/head/day of hay and/or pasture.
