Feeding Guide
- RIVERINA BLACK MAGIC must be fed in conjunction with chaff, hay and/or pasture.
- The daily feeding rates below are a guide only and should be adjusted according to the horse’s condition and roughage quality.
Feeding Guide
Weanlings (6-12 months) = 300 gr
Yearling and young horses = 350 gr
Mature horses = 400 gr
- Split suggested feeding rate between 2 feeds daily.
- If pasture is limited a minimum of 1% of bodyweight should be fed as hay and/or chaff.
- New feed needs to be introduced gradually over 10-14 days.
- Always ensure your horse has access to cool, clean, fresh water.
