Major solar installation will provide 20pc of Sydney meat company’s power

Leading food service and value-added meat provider Andrews Meat Industries, is set to reduce its energy consumption by more than 20pc thanks to a major investment in solar energy. Construction started last month at the company’s Lidcombe facility in Sydney, which will see 2300 solar panels installed, generating 1200 Megawatt hours of power per year.
