The deluge of U.S. data seen on Thursday ultimately had little impact on the markets, as Wall Street ended with modest losses, as Treasury yields moved marginally higher. The dollar perked up some, though for the most part, enthusiasm waned into the Christmas weekend, and the last week of the year. EUR-USD climbed to 1.0499 highs after the U.S. personal income miss, though headed back to session lows near 1.0430 into the close.
