NSW farmer Fiona Simson elected as President of NFF

New South Wales mixed farmer and grazier Fiona Simson has been elected president of the National Farmers Federation at the peak farm body’s annual general meeting in Canberra today. She succeeds Brent Finlay who has served in the role for the past three years. Ms Simson becomes the first female president of the NFF in its 37 year history. She has served as vice president for the past two years and as a director since 2011. Ms Simson was also the first female president of NSW Farmers, retaining that position for a full four year term from 2011 to 2015.…
